Children's Guided Meditation

* Children often suffer from Anxiety and Stress just as we do as adults, Giving them these tools of meditation and mindfulness will help reduce these overwhelming feelings, bring them back to center and allow for peace of mind, calm, joy, clarity, enhanced sleep, better mood and overall improved quality of life.

* Have your little human choose their favorite rock, crystal or special object to hold during the meditation to keep their creative hands content, if your little one has trouble sitting and listening, engage them in physical activity prior to the meditation.

* Keep in mind, as with everything in life, this is a practice and will improve with consistency
